The project began with a kick-off call on in 2014 with HFCU staff and the FUND Consulting team to gain a preliminary understanding of the goals for the survey. Using knowledge collected from this discussion, FUND Consulting composed the above set of Key Research Questions, which were approved by HFCU’s team. After determining the parameters of the project, the FUND Consulting team developed a member survey that was approved by HFCU’s team. The FUND Consulting team collected and analyzed survey results, and made strategic recommendations to HFCU in a comprehensive final report and presentation.
