Ornella is an Associate Consultant at FUND. Ornella arrives at FUND equipped with a rich six-year background in research, community and social development. As a researcher and social impact professional, Ornella’s role encompassed grant writing, project implementation and monitoring community development projects across various marginalized communities within the Caribbean. She has a B.S. in International Relations from University of the West Indies in Mona, Jamaica.
