Lyndsey joined FUND in 2024 as a Consultant. She brings with her extensive experience in lending compliance, community development, and fiduciary management. Prior to joining FUND, she had 10 years of experience as the Director of Compliance & Inspections with a small inspection firm; overseeing activities of inspections for market, HUD and LIHTC properties. Most recently, she worked as a Loan Compliance Coordinator for a rural loan fund, conducting loan audits, implementing loan policy & procedure, and overseeing all loan reporting for Federal grants.
Lyndsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Compliance and Risk Management from Drake University Law School.
