Kimberly Enoch joins the FUND Consulting team as Client Engagement Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in program planning, implementation, capacity building, and evaluation. She assists clients in the business and nonprofit sectors with needs assessments, grant research, proposal development, budget development, and sustainability plans. Her extensive background in grant writing, management, research, compliance, and editing will be invaluable in her new role.
Most recently, Kimberly served as Grant Writer for Southern Bancorp Community Partners, where she exceeded fundraising goals and facilitated CDFI fund compliance and certification. Prior to this, she held the position of Grant Manager, providing oversight to various grant-funded programs aimed at reducing the cancer burden in Arkansas.
Kimberly’s dedication to community development is evident in her appointment to the City of Little Rock’s Targeted Community Development Initiative Committee, where she served as Chair of the Task Force. Currently, Kimberly serves as the City of Little Rock Racial and Cultural Diversity Commissioner for Ward 3.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Dillard University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Public Health. She received her Bachelor of Arts in World Languages: Spanish and a Certificate of Proficiency in Workplace Spanish from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in December 2024. Kimberly is also a certified Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES).
In her role at FUND Consulting, Kimberly will focus on designing and implementing strategies to optimize the client experience, orienting new clients, maintaining routine communication with existing clients, and addressing client concerns. She will partner with employees on client relationships and work directly with leadership on establishing a strategy for the organization’s growth, productivity, and ability to attract and retain valuable clients.
