Queenstar has more than six years of experience in research and evaluation of projects at the state and federal levels. She has a strong background in evaluating policies and reforms with a particular concern for issues of equity, access, and evidence use in policymaking. Queenstar has applied her skills in data collection, analysis and reporting, and geographic information system (GIS) on various projects. She also has experience utilizing mixed method approaches and various data collection methodologies and has expertise in handling large datasets.
Queenstar is a PMI certified Project Management Professional, PMP® with a Ph.D., Educational Leadership (focus – Policy, Research and Evaluation), and a Master’s in Political Science with Quantitative Analysis, from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
