Derek is a Senior Data Analyst at FUND. Prior to FUND, he had worked in financial/community outreach environments (banks, credit unions, and community action agencies) and, most recently, had worked directly with CDFI entities in their reporting and compliance requirements. Derek has more than five years of experience in data analysis and federal/state funding compliance. He enjoys looking at scenarios from multiple angles and bringing the many pieces of data collection together for a full pictured analysis. Derek has applied his skills of auditing, analytics, geographic information systems (GIS), and award compliance on various projects. With his understanding and experience in CDFI Fund and ECIP reporting, he looks forward to assisting our clients in their unique reporting journeys.
Derek received his BA in Financial Counseling and Planning with a minor in Management from Purdue University.
