Capacity Building Workshops

FUND Consulting offers roundtable workshops, designed to help mission-driven organizations understand the process of building organizational capacity. FUND offers the series at least once a year to the public and also on a customized basis directly to organizations.

Workshop Series

Taken as a series, the program presents a unique approach to capacity building which begins with an examination of markets and systems and leads to the development of effective organizational management techniques. Each session is limited to 12 participants, in order to encourage discussion and sharing of resources and experiences. Every workshop begins with a lecture and follows with a facilitated discussion. Each participant will be enrolled in FUND Consulting's "Capacity Building Club", an online resource to pose questions, share resources and receive ongoing support.
