Domonique is a Data Analyst that brings a range of experience in community development from both the private and public sector, through urban planning, research and evaluation, and granting. Prior to joining FUND Consulting, Domonique served as a Grants Manager for a Chicago-based, globally operating nonprofit, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive impact reporting for anti-poverty projects. Domonique’s earlier work as a research associate included emphasis on strengthening food systems, both locally and abroad, through utilization focused evaluation, policy improvements, and equitable food systems planning. Through her previous work, Domonique was able to foster community partnerships, support community action research, lead evaluation, and co-author publications and tools for the UN Food & Agriculture Organization and the Lutheran World Federation.
Domonique earned her dual bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and American Studies from Trinity College (Hartford, CT). Domonique also holds a Master’s in Urban Planning with a concentration in Community Development from the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning.
