Domonique is a Senior Data Analyst with a range of experience in community development from the private and public sector. As a Senior Data Analyst, Domonique builds and strengthens systems for improved impact tracking, and reporting. Along with designing operational efficiencies, Domonique works with clients on financial modeling, strategic projects, market studies, and map creation. Prior to joining FUND, Domonique served as a Grants Manager for a globally operating non-profit, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive impact reporting for anti-poverty projects. Domonique’s earlier work as a research associate in the Food Systems Planning arena focused on fostering food equity through utilization focused evaluation and policy improvements. Through her previous work, Domonique was able to foster community partnerships, support community action research, lead evaluation, and co-author publications for the UN Food & Agriculture Organization and the Lutheran World Federation.
Domonique earned her dual bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and American Studies from Trinity College (Hartford, CT). Domonique also holds a Master’s in Urban Planning with a concentration in Community Development from the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning.
